BWTIBA (HK BBA) is affiliated to Gujarat University. Being an affiliated and recognized institute, we have to follow admission norms laid down by Gujarat University. To make Admission process convenient and student friendly, since last many years Gujarat University has made entire admission process centralized and online. To get admission in BWTIBA (HK BBA), below mentioned process needs to be followed.
Step 1 : PIN No. and Information Booklet : Candidate is required to get the PIN and Information booklet from decided bank’s branches and colleges working as help centers. Dates for PIN No. and Information Booklet distribution will be declared in Newspapers.
STEP 2 - Student Registration :
After getting PIN Student is required to go on Admission Website of Gujarat University. Here candidate will be asked for entering PIN and other details once the details are entered OTP will be generated and User ID and Password needs to be created and remembered for future.
Step 3 - Login and Information filling : Here candidate is required to enter the personal as well as academic details such as Name, Contact No, Marks in SSC and HSC, HSC seat No. etc. in the website.
Step 4 - Signature and Photo Upload : Student Recent passport size photograph scanned copy in jpg format with image size 10kb to 50kb is required to upload on online application. Student Signature scanned copy in jpg format with image size 5kb to 30kb is required.
Step 5 - Choice Filling : List of available colleges for BBA Admission will be displayed in the choice filling page, select your colleges as per your preferences of area of specialization and convinces. Filters are available to make advance search i.e. college type, medium city and college shift.
NOTE: our College (HKBBA) name will be displayed as “Brahmchari Wadi Trust Institute of Business Administration”
Step 6 - Verification of Application and Documents : Student who has passed H.S.C. from Gujarat BOARD in 2019 and belongs to GENERAL
category and are not physically handicapped and whose marks fetched automatically by the system need not required to visit for verification.
All other students need to visit the help center for verification and submission of print application form and documents i.e. students who fill
(1) H.S.C. marks manually
(2) Student who belongs to reserved category (SC, ST, SEBC)
(3) Physically Handicapped
(4) Any other student who needs correction (category or marks) in application form has to visit help center up to last date of form submission.
Step 7 - View Merit & Rank : After successful submission & verification of applications, all students need to login and view their merit & rank as per schedule. Those student whose Rank is blank can see note.
Step 8 - View Result and Seat Allotment : All students who get admission have to pay fees in selected collection center and report to allotted College with in the time scheduled to confirm their seat. Without fees payment & College reporting the admission will be cancelled for, which GUAC will not be held responsible.
